Job summary

GMP Technologies is seeking a Supply Chain Support Specialist at Orchard on a 3-day weekly contract. You will process customer orders, ensure timely invoicing and payment collection, and maintain master data in SAP while aligning with terms.

You will verify shipping docs, support shipments, coordinate with logistics and vendors, and respond to customer inquiries to boost service quality. The role requires a logistics diploma and 3+ years SAP/O2C experience, based in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Logistics or related.
• With 3+ years working experience with SAP experience and Order to Cash processes.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders accurately and manage timely invoicing and payment collection in accordance with agreed terms, while maintaining up-to‑date customer master data in SAP.
• Verify shipping documentation and ensure compliance with supply chain and shipping procedures to support smooth and error‑free deliveries.
• Handle order entry, vendor forms, and other administrative tasks, continuously improving back‑office efficiency.
• Coordinate with internal logistics teams and external providers to ensure timely shipments and keep customers informed on delivery status.
• Respond promptly to customer complaints, proactively engage to understand their needs, and collaborate across departments to enhance customer satisfaction and service quality.
