Randstad Singapore is seeking a customer service/order management professional for a 1 year contract in Singapore. The role focuses on order-to-delivery operations, acting as the primary contact for clients on order processing and delivery inquiries.

You will utilize Tier-1 ERP systems to process orders, manage inventory, coordinate shipments, and prepare all required shipping documents while providing post-delivery support and proactive issue resolution.

Qualificações

• 2+ years of experience in customer service or order management.
• Hands-on experience with Tier-1 ERP systems.
• Advanced spreadsheet skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and strong organizational abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Act as main contact for clients on order processing, tracking, and delivery inquiries.
• Use Tier-1 ERP systems to process orders and manage inventory availability.
• Coordinate shipment logistics, customs duties, and labeling with warehouse teams.
• Generate shipping documents, pro-forma invoices, credit notes, and final invoices.
• Handle post-delivery support including tracking, tracing, and quality feedback.
