Job summary

Kendo Trading Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an organized Order Fulfilment Assistant to support the Sales team and ensure customer orders are processed accurately and delivered on time.

You will handle customer enquiries and orders via WhatsApp, phone calls and email; prepare order documents, invoices and delivery orders; and coordinate with Sales, Production and Delivery teams to keep fulfilment smooth, while maintaining accurate records.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and basic office software.
• Good verbal and written communication, with professional telephone etiquette.
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative and sales support to the Sales team.
• Handle customer enquiries and orders via WhatsApp, phone calls and email.
• Process customer orders accurately and in a timely manner.
• Prepare order documents, production job cards, invoices, delivery orders and other fulfilment documents.
• Coordinate with Sales, Production and Delivery teams to ensure orders are prepared and delivered on time.
• Follow up on order status and assist in resolving delivery or fulfilment issues.
• Maintain accurate order and customer records.
• Perform other duties and ad-hoc assignments as assigned by the immediate superior.

What you will be doing:

What we are looking for:

• Minimum GCE N-Level qualification
• At least 1 year of relevant working experience preferred
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
• Good telephone etiquette with strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Organized, responsible and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities
• Able to work well under pressure and as part of a team
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Willing to work on Saturdays and Public Holidays, with weekdays as rest days
