Job summary

HUP HENG POULTRY INDUSTRIES PTE LTD is seeking an organized Order Fulfilment Assistant to support the Sales team and ensure accurate processing and on-time delivery of customer orders.

You will handle enquiries and orders via WhatsApp, phone and email, prepare documents, and coordinate with Sales, Production and Delivery to keep fulfilment smooth. Prior experience and MS Office skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE N-Level qualification.
• At least 1 year of relevant working experience preferred.
• Good telephone etiquette with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organized, responsible and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Able to work well under pressure and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative and sales support to the Sales team.
• Handle customer enquiries and orders via WhatsApp, phone calls and email.
• Process customer orders accurately and in a timely manner.
• Prepare order documents, production job cards, invoices, delivery orders and other fulfilment documents.
• Coordinate with Sales, Production and Delivery teams to ensure orders are prepared and delivered on time.
• Follow up on order status and assist in resolving delivery or fulfilment issues.
• Maintain accurate order and customer records.
• Perform other duties and ad-hoc assignments as assigned by the immediate superior.

What you will be doing:

What we are looking for:

• Willing to work on Saturdays and Public Holidays, with weekdays as rest days
