Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd (Healthcare & Lifescience) is seeking an Order Fulfillment Specialist in Singapore for a 7-month contract based in the West. You will handle customer requests, coordinate to meet SLA, and manage end-to-end OTC processes including contracts, orders, deliveries and invoicing.

You should have a degree in Logistics/Supply Chain/Business and at least 2 years in order processing. Proficiency in SAP, strong coordination and customer service skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Min Degree in Logistics/Supply Chain/Business or similar.
• 2+ years of relevant order processing experience.

Responsibilities

• Receive, review, handle and follow-up customer requests; coordinate to meet SLA.
• Manage end-to-end OTC process: contracts, sales orders, deliveries/invoicing, documentation.
• Validate and create contracts; process POs in SAP; issue order acknowledgements.
• Modify sales orders with approvals; follow up on on-hold orders.
• Monitor contract phasing; obtain POs in time; report lapses.
• Coordinate with supply chain/logistics to ensure on-time deliveries and order fulfillment.
• Provide customers with necessary delivery documentation.
• Manage additional services and invoice accordingly.
• Register complaints and coordinate with Quality for closure; process replacements/credits.
• Manage customer credit status and soft recovery actions with Account Managers.
• Initiate regular communication with customers and Account Managers.
• Participate in business reviews; analyze NPS surveys and close feedback with customers.
