Job summary

TEHO ROPES & SUPPLIES PTE. LTD. is seeking an Order-Process Executive to support the Indoor Sales Department by processing orders and coordinating deliveries. You will acquire product knowledge through training and perform various operational duties essential to daily workflows.

The role requires a Diploma in any field with 1–2 years of relevant experience, based in Commonwealth, Singapore. It is a 5-day work week with one Saturday per month. Training will be provided by RO & Team.

Qualifications

• Diploma required
• 1–2 years of relevant experience preferred
• Work location: Commonwealth (Singapore)
• 5-day work week with 1 Saturday per month (8:30am–1:00pm)

Responsibilities

• Acquire good product knowledge (training provided by RO & Team)
• Demonstrate efficiency and accuracy in daily operations with short cycle times
• Support Indoor Sales Department in processing orders and coordinating delivery
• Handle operational duties to run daily operations
• Assist in training new operations executives
• Process Customer Confirmation Orders
• Prepare required documents (Certificates and Marking)
• Coordinate delivery
• Follow up on issues related to orders
• Ensure orders are completed successfully
• Commit to Phone Duty
• Other duties assigned by supervisor
