Job summary

RECRUIT NOW SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Sales Coordinator to support growing sales operations in Pasir Panjang, Singapore.

The role focuses on customer interaction, order coordination, and working closely with internal teams to ensure smooth sales processes. The ideal candidate has a Diploma in Business, Marketing, Administration or related field, plus about 2 years of relevant experience. Basic salary ranges from S$2,800 to S$3,300 with a variable bonus.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Business, Marketing, Administration or a relevant field.
• 2 years of experience as a Sales Coordinator or in a similar sales support role.
• Sales & Marketing knowledge will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage and service existing customers while supporting new customer enquiries.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular follow-ups.
• Monitor customers’ ordering patterns and inventory needs, and proactively recommend re-orders or replenishment.
• Process sales orders accurately and coordinate deliveries with customers, Sales, and Warehouse teams.
• Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
• Maintain accurate daily sales records and documentation.
• Assist with sales quotations, pricing, phone-in orders, promotions, and price updates.
• Provide administrative and operational support to the Sales team, including filing and preparation of sales documents.
• Support promotional activities and field sales operations when required.
• Monitor and record relevant competitor activities and market information.
• Handle incoming calls and ensure enquiries are directed to the appropriate department.
• Perform other duties and ad hoc tasks assigned by the Sales & Marketing Manager.
