Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a Warehouse/Operations Coordinator to manage daily order processing and ensure timely fulfilment. You will verify details, coordinate with logistics, and update records in the order management system.

Collaborate with Customer Service, Warehouse, Logistics, Sales and Finance to resolve discrepancies and support process improvements. Previous experience in a fast-paced fulfilment environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders accurately and ensure timely order fulfilment
• Verify order details, product availability, pricing, and shipping information
• Monitor order queues and coordinate with logistics to maintain smooth daily operations
• Update order status and maintain accurate records within the order management system
• Work closely with Customer Service, Warehouse, Logistics, Sales, and Finance teams to ensure seamless order fulfilment
• Resolve routine order discrepancies and escalate complex issues when required
• Support inventory reconciliation and order verification activities
• Prepare, pack, and organise orders for dispatch
• Coordinate with delivery partners and manage urgent or special delivery requests
• Assist with ad-hoc operational duties and support continuous process improvements
