Job summary

INITIA Group in Singapore is seeking Front of House Staff (Entry Level) to deliver warm, friendly service across our F&B brands at multiple outlets. You will learn core duties, participate in training sessions, and progress toward server responsibilities while supporting a dynamic team.

Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays is required, with duties across various outlets including Sentosa, Orchard, Telok Ayer, and more. This role offers growth opportunities within a fast-paced company.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant experience is an advantage.
• Must be legally eligible to work in Singapore; work visa sponsorship is not provided for this role.

Responsibilities

• Manage buzzer and table turnover between seatings and keep tables clean.
• Deliver food from kitchen to tables accurately and promptly.
• Study menu and participate in training to master dishes and storytelling.
• Progress to taking orders and serving beverages with proper technique.
• Provide friendly, attentive service and engage with customers.
