Job summary

Beyondsoft Singapore is seeking a Technical Lead - Oracle to oversee day-to-day operations, ensure uptime, and keep performance in line with SLAs and KPIs. You will coordinate Oracle data integrations with LMS and manage incidents, problems and major change releases.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT or related field, 4–6 years in IT service delivery with 1–2 years supporting Oracle environments, and ITIL v3/v4 certification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 4–6 years in IT service delivery or operations management.
• 1–2 years supporting enterprise Oracle environments.
• ITIL v3/v4 certification.

Responsibilities

• Run day-to-day operations, support and uptime of Oracle apps, in line with SLAs and KPIs.
• Oversee Oracle data integrations with LMS and readiness for peak periods.
• Coordinate incident, problem and change management, incl. major incidents and patches.
• Manage vendor performance and stakeholder engagement; lead the operations team.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Information Systems or a related field
