Job summary

Beyondsoft Singapore is hiring for an Oracle operations lead responsible for daily management of Oracle applications, ensuring performance meets SLAs and KPIs. The role oversees LMS data integrations and coordinates incidents, changes, and patches while guiding the operations team toward continuous service improvements.

The ideal candidate has a strong ITIL background, 7–10 years in IT service delivery or operations, and proven leadership in Oracle environments, including vendor and stakeholder

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, BIS or related field.
• 7–10 years of IT service delivery/ops experience, 3–5 years with Oracle environments.
• Experience with Oracle apps, Oracle DB, APIs, middleware, ETL, LMS integrations.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations, support, and availability of Oracle applications, ensuring SLA/KPI targets.
• Oversee Oracle data integrations with LMS and ensure readiness during peak periods.
• Coordinate incident, problem, and change management including major incidents and Oracle patches.
