Job summary

Rolling Arrays Consulting PTE. LTD. is hiring an Interface Developer to build Oracle HCM integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).

You will develop, test, and deploy integration flows between Oracle HCM Cloud and third-party systems, guided by functional Interface Design Documents and translated into production-grade OIC implementations. You will configure adapters, perform data transformations, and ensure robust fault handling while deploying across environments and documenting results

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of OIC development experience on live implementations or AMS projects.
• Hands-on experience building REST and SOAP integration flows in OIC.
• Practical XSLT mapping experience with multi-element transformations.
• Experience configuring OIC fault handling and error reprocessing.
• Ability to deploy integrations across environments and validate post-deploy.
• Strong technical documentation discipline for handover to support.

Responsibilities

• Build Oracle Integration Cloud flows from functional Interface Design Documents.
• Configure OIC adapters for REST, SOAP, HDL, and FTP across HCM integrations.
• Develop XSLT mappings and data transformations for multi-record payloads.
• Configure fault handling, retries, and alerts for failures.
• Deploy integrations across Test/UAT/Prod and validate environments.
• Create test scenarios, perform unit/SIT testing, and resolve defects.
