Rolling Arrays Consulting PTE. LTD. is seeking a Functional Interface Designer to produce integration interface design documentation for Oracle HCM implementations.

You will map HR data flows between Oracle HCM and third-party systems, produce Interface Design Documents, support testing, and maintain the interface inventory for your engagement. This is a strictly functional role, not a developer position, with a clear path to Senior Interface Designer and Integration Workstream Lead within a

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of Oracle HCM or HRIS functional experience on an implementation project.
• Ability to produce complete, developer-usable field mapping documents.
• Working knowledge of Oracle HCM data model across Core HR, Absence, Payroll and Talent modules.

Responsibilities

• Elicit integration requirements from client HR and IT stakeholders and set trigger/frequency/error ownership.
• Produce complete Interface Design Documents for in-scope integrations.
• Map Oracle HCM data objects to target system fields and flag gaps.
• Validate built integrations against IDD specifications with OIC developers.
• Prepare and execute positive, negative, and volume integration tests.
