Job summary

Rolling Arrays is seeking a Senior Functional Interface Designer to lead the integration design workstream on Oracle HCM implementations. You will own the end-to-end interface catalogue and act as the functional integration authority for the delivery team, coordinating with client IT architecture teams.

You will drive workshop outputs, sign-off processes, and a robust QA regime to ensure interfaces meet specifications.

Qualifications

4–5 years of Oracle HCM experience with proven interface design workstream ownership on at least two implementations through to UAT sign-off.
Experience owning and managing an interface catalogue of 10+ integrations on a single engagement.
Demonstrated developer QA experience — reviewed built integrations against specifications and managed rework to sign-off.
Ability to manage third-party system teams and elevate through project governance when external dependencies block progress.
Ability to present integration workstream status, risk, and readiness to client IT Directors and project leadership.

Responsibilities

Own the integration catalogue from day one — produce the full interface inventory and maintain it as the single source of truth.
Lead integration requirements workshops and produce outputs flowing into IDD authoring.
Produce and own all Interface Design Documents suitable for developer handoff and client sign-off.
Drive interface prioritisation and phasing based on go-live criticality and third-party readiness.
Review OIC builds against specifications and log defects with precise references to IDD fields.
