Job summary

Intellect Minds Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks an experienced Oracle HCM Fusion Security professional to lead security design, implementation and governance for the Oracle HCM Cloud. You will design roles, manage access governance, support audits and ensure least privilege across HR, payroll and LDG security.

Collaborate with HR and IT teams, handle JML workflows, configure the Security Console, and resolve incidents while maintaining strong communication with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of IT experience with strong Oracle HCM Cloud Security experience.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Security Console and security profiles.
• Strong knowledge of RBAC, Person Security, Payroll and LDG security.
• Experience in security operations, access management and incident resolution.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Exposure to OCI/Azure/AWS is an advantage.
