Job summary

Accenture is seeking an experienced Oracle HCM module lead to drive implementation, configuration, and deployment across regions. You will facilitate workshops, define workflows, and govern RICEW artifacts while coordinating with Integration and Data Migration teams.

You will lead testing, end-user training, and cutover activities during go-live and hypercare, leveraging strong communication and stakeholder engagement to ensure successful HR cloud transformations.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of hands-on Oracle HCM module experience.
• Deep understanding of HR processes (absence/time, expenses).
• For Integration Leads: expertise in OIC, SOA, REST/SOAP web services.
• For Data Migration Leads: HDL, HCM Extracts, and ETL tools.
• Experience in large-scale HR cloud transformation across geographies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation, configuration, and deployment of your Oracle HCM module.
• Facilitate business workshops to capture functional and technical requirements.
• Configure module workflows, rules, and security roles.
• Oversee development of RICEW objects for your module.
• Collaborate with Integration and Data Migration leads for alignment.
• Develop test scenarios, scripts, and lead UAT for your area.
• Deliver end-user training and knowledge transfer sessions.
• Provide subject matter expertise during cutover planning and hypercare.
