Job summary

Rolling Arrays - Consulting in Singapore seeks an HRIS Implementation Consultant to configure HRIS modules, manage client interactions, and contribute to project delivery with growing functional expertise.

You will gather requirements, design solutions, perform data migration, conduct demos and UAT, deliver end-user training, and prepare BRDs and project documentation, while meeting SLAs and driving system improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution.
• 2-4 years HRIS Implementation / Support / End User experience.
• Hands-on experience in requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and UAT.
• Certifications: Workday Certification (required).

Responsibilities

• Requirements Gathering & Design: Liaise with client SMEs to gather business requirements and document functional specs.
• Configuration & Data Migration: Configure and test modules to meet client requirements and support data migration.
• Client Engagement: Conduct end-to-end demos and UAT walkthroughs for client review.
• Training & Documentation: Deliver end-user training and prepare BRDs, training materials, and project documentation.
• Post-Go-Live Support: Resolve issues within SLAs and implement minor enhancements based on feedback.
