RECRUIT123 PTE. LTD. is helping our client hire a Product/Manufacturing Engineer to support scale-up of optical component product lines in Singapore. The role collaborates with design and process engineering to ensure DFM, analyzes yield data, supports assembly, and reports trends with corrective actions to boost throughput. The position requires a strong analytical mindset and 7+ years in high-volume electronics/optics manufacturing, based in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years' experience in high-volume electronic/optical component manufacturing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with design and process teams to ensure design-for-manufacturing (DFM) guidelines are met.
• Analyze yield and manufacturing data; drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support component assembly processes including alignment and test.
• Prepare product/process reports summarizing trends and recommending corrective actions.
• Work cross-functionally to resolve production issues and improve throughput.
