Qualifications

• 7 years experience in high-volume optical transceiver and/or laser manufacturing.
• In-depth technical knowledge of manufacturing processes for optical assemblies.
• Expertise in data analysis and statistical process control (SPC).
• Good command of English communication, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Define and develop the manufacturing process for new products.
• Ensure all changes are under change control following QMS requirements.
• Collaborate with design engineering to meet design for manufacturing (DFM) guidelines.
• Prepare process reports by collecting and analyzing information.
