Job summary

You will collaborate with design and process engineering teams to ensure design-for-manufacturing guidelines are met and drive continuous improvement across production. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years' experience in high-volume electronic/optical component manufacturing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with design and process engineering teams to ensure design-for-manufacturing (DFM) guidelines are met.
• Analyze yield and manufacturing data; drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support component assembly processes including alignment and test.
• Prepare product/process reports summarizing trends and recommending corrective actions.
• Work cross-functionally to resolve production issues and improve throughput.
