Responsibilities
Manage all inquiries and maritime cargo operations.
Keep track of inventory for movement in and out.
File all paperwork correctly after the project is finished.
Verify stock availability on DO and notify the customer.
Make contact with the appropriate agency and share contact details and emails with them.
If necessary, make plans to pick up supply from nearby vendors.
Keep track of inventory for movement in and out.
Keep a watchful eye on the supply boat and vessel arrival status.
Verify the boat arrangements if necessary.
Set up the paperwork and transportation for loading.
Make sure the customer is updated with all additional costs.
Retrieve the endorsed vessel. DO once loading is complete.
File all paperwork correctly after the project is finished.
