Job summary

Innovative Energy Systems & Technology Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Operations/Project Manager to oversee daily site operations across multiple project locations in Singapore. You will plan resources, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure safety, quality and timelines are met.

You will lead teams, manage performance, and provide regular progress updates to senior management while implementing process improvements to boost efficiency and cost control.

Qualifications

• Requires formal qualification in civil engineering or related field.
• Experience in operations or project management within construction.
• Proven leadership and ability to coordinate across sites.

Responsibilities

1. Oversee and manage daily operations across project sites.
2. Plan and coordinate manpower, materials, machinery, equipment and subcontractors to support project requirements.
3. Coordinate with Project Managers, site supervisors, engineers, suppliers, clients and subcontractors to resolve operational issues.
4. Manage workforce deployment, attendance, performance and manpower requirements.
5. Ensure comply with approved drawings, project specifications, quality standards and workplace safety requirements.
6. Identify operational risks, delays, inefficiencies and implement corrective measures.
7. Prepare operational reports and provide regular progress updates to senior management.
8. Develop and implement operational improvements to enhance productivity, efficiency and cost control.

Job Requirement

1. Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Building, or a related discipline.
2. Minimum 5-8 years of relevant experience in the construction industry, with proven experience in operations or project management.
3. At least 3 years of supervisory or managerial experience preferred.
4. Strong knowledge of operations, project coordination, manpower planning and resource management.
5. Strong leadership, organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.
6. Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines and work under pressure.
7. Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
8. Independent, proactive, responsible and able to work effectively with teams across different project sites.
