Job summary

ohm united construction pte. ltd. is seeking a capable Construction Project Manager to plan, supervise, and deliver complex building projects on schedule.

You will lead on-site teams and coordinate with clients, consultants, main contractors and subcontractors to ensure smooth execution from start to finish. You will monitor progress, enforce safety and quality standards, and manage costs while preparing regular progress reports.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and supervise daily construction activities.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, main contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Manage site workers, supervisors, engineers, and subcontractors.
• Monitor project progress and ensure work meets the approved schedule.
• Ensure construction work follows approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Implement and enforce workplace safety and health requirements.
• Monitor project costs, manpower, materials, equipment, and resources.
• Coordinate site inspections and resolve construction issues.
• Review construction drawings and identify technical or site problems.
• Conduct regular site meetings and provide project progress updates.
• Manage subcontractors and ensure work is completed according to contract requirements.
• Coordinate material deliveries and ensure sufficient resources are available on site.
• Prepare progress reports, schedules, and other project documentation.
• Identify potential delays and implement corrective actions.
• Liaise with relevant authorities when required.
• Ensure the project is completed according to the required quality, safety, cost, and timeline targets.
