Job summary

SRISAAN TECH96 ENGINEERING AND CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. seeks an experienced Site Manager to supervise daily construction activities, manage manpower, and ensure projects progress per plans in Singapore.

You will coordinate workers, subcontractors, engineers, and supervisors, drive safety and quality assurance, monitor schedules, and liaise with clients and authorities to resolve issues and report progress.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Site Manager in construction.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and project management.
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills.
• Ability to lead a team and coordinate with clients, engineers, and authorities.
• Reading and interpreting drawings, specifications, and contracts.
• Familiar with health and safety regulations and on-site compliance.
