Job summary

GR E&C PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily company and project operations in Singapore.

You will plan, coordinate and monitor project activities and timelines, and supervise staff to ensure work is completed on schedule. The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and problem-solving skills, with 5+ years of management experience in construction or engineering.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level qualification in a related field with relevant management exposure.
• Experience leading staff, projects and daily operations in a construction/engineering setting.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Good organisational and time-management skills; ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
