Job summary

DSV Contract Logistics Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks a senior program leader to oversee a complex, multi-unit logistics program, guiding large inventories and cross-functional teams.

You will own the rolling 6–12 month operational roadmap and drive 3–6 month tactics plus longer-term strategic investments in automation, footprint shaping and contract renewals. This role carries P&L ownership of SGD 10M+ and demands strong stakeholder management and risk/BCP leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large-scale, multi-unit programs in logistics.
• Proven P&L ownership and ability to manage SGD 10M+ portfolios.
• Strong change leadership, talent management, and succession planning.
• Experience in commercial negotiations and contract renewals.
• Ability to drive CI projects across Engineering, IT, and Commercial.

Responsibilities

• Provide overarching leadership for a large-scale program across multiple units.
• Own the rolling 6–12 month operational roadmap and execute 3–6 month tactics.
• Drive organizational design, talent management, and succession planning.
• Lead business strategy execution, including commercial negotiations and contract renewals.
• Direct P&L ownership and manage SGD 10M+ revenue portfolios.
• Develop business cases, ROI analyses, and CAPEX recommendations for upgrades.
• Oversee safety, risk management, BCP, and cross-functional CIP projects.
