Job summary

Certis Group is seeking a seasoned Project Manager for Manpower Projects in Singapore. The role covers front-to-back project leadership, financial oversight, and client relationship management across security services. You will lead teams, drive process improvements, and ensure contractual KPIs are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field required.
• 5–8 years’ experience in project/operations management.
• Experience leading operational teams and managing budgets.
• Certifications in PMP/PRINCE2/Lean Six Sigma are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own operational and financial performance of projects.
• Monitor project financials: manpower costs, O/H, expenditure.
• Identify cost optimization and risks; support budgeting & forecasting.
• Lead day-to-day operations to meet KPIs and SLAs.
• Build client relationships and support renewals.
• Lead, coach and develop project staff; ensure governance.
