AKC is seeking a proactive and organized individual to support customer service and training operations. You will guide customers on course registrations, maintain CRM records, and assist with training administration and internal processes.

The role offers exposure to customer service, training operations, and daily administrative tasks within a dynamic team. Training will be provided to help you grow in these areas.

Formación

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Organised and attentive to details
• Good follow-up and coordination skills
• Comfortable using computers and administrative systems
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Relevant experience is an advantage but not required
• Training will be provided

Responsabilidades

• Guide customers on courses, registrations and enrolments
• Maintain and update CRM and learner records
• Support training administration and TPG processes
• Coordinate with trainers and internal teams
• Assist with daily operational and administrative matters
• Follow up on outstanding customer and operational matters
• Help resolve customer enquiries and issues
• Perform other related duties as assigned
