Qualifications

• Nitec or Higher Nitec in Business Administration, Events Management or related discipline.
• Strong organisational and coordination skills.
• Good communication with clients, trainers, assessors, and internal teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines and priorities.
• Attention to detail in schedules, documents, reports and follow-ups.
• Comfortable supporting compliance requirements, documentation, and internal processes.
• Proactive problem-solving mindset and ability to identify gaps and follow through on actions.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate training and consultancy projects from start to completion.
• Prepare project plans, schedules, timelines, workplans, and operational checklists.
• Coordinate with clients, trainers, assessors, internal departments, and other stakeholders on project requirements.
• Support compliance requirements for training and consultancy project delivery, including documentation and reporting.
• Monitor project progress, deliverables, deadlines, and follow-up actions to ensure work stays on track.
• Identify project delays, operational gaps, risks, or workflow issues and elevate them appropriately.
• Recommend workflow improvements to support smoother project delivery and better client outcomes.
