Job summary

Greensafe International Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Facilities Operations Specialist to manage school operational processes, scheduling, and logistics for events, exams, and meetings. You will supervise contractors for building maintenance, log defects, collaborate with OSOs on daily cleaning and asset maintenance, and liaise with vendors to prepare reports and admin documents.

This role requires 2+ years’ relevant experience and MS Office proficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE 'O' Level or equivalent.
• At least 2 years' relevant experience.
• Proficient in MS Office and general computer literacy.
• Fire Safety Manager or WSH certification is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage school operational processes (scheduling, correspondence, logistics for events, exams, meetings).
• Address and log facility defects, feedback, and operational disruptions.
• Supervise contractors for building maintenance and conduct routine checks on facilities (classrooms, labs, AVA rooms).
• Collaborate with Operations Support Officers (OSOs) on daily cleaning and asset maintenance.
• Liaise with vendors, contractors, and external stakeholders; prepare reports and admin documents.
• Support procurement and inventory management of school supplies and equipment.
• Support safety and security protocols.
• Assist with asset/inventory tracking and renovation project planning.
• Any ad-hoc duties.

• Mondays to Fridays: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
