Job summary

PERSOL OUTSOURCING SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. partners with a leading transport statutory board to recruit a Customer Service Officer. Be the friendly face of Singapore's transport network and help commuters get where they need to go.

Working hours rotate: 4 days work, 2 days off, 10am–10pm and 10pm–10am with a 2-hour break. Location: Woodlands. Attractive allowances and incentives are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE N Level qualification.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations to ensure all tasks and workflows run smoothly
• Handle enquiries and assist in resolving potential issues promptly and effectively
• Respond to operational needs as they arise and make timely decisions to prevent or minimize service disruptions
• Reconcile daily cash collections with system reports at the end of each shift
• Perform other ad-hoc tasks and duties as assigned
