Job summary

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in hospitality, spa, wellness, leisure facilities or similar service.
• Supervisory or team leadership experience preferred.
• Strong customer service, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to organize daily operations and guide staff.
• Knowledge of hygiene, safety and guest privacy.
• Willing to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations, coordinate staff rosters and allocate resources to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Lead and coach the service team; onboarding and ongoing training on service standards, operating procedures and safety.
• Carry out regular service inspections, gather guest feedback and identify improvements.
• Implement cleaning and disinfection schedules for changing rooms, shower areas, rest areas and shared facilities.
• Conduct routine checks of lockers, showers, air-conditioning and other equipment; report defects and coordinate repairs.
• Enforce workplace safety and fire safety procedures; ensure staff understand incident reporting and emergency response procedures.
• Monitor the use of toiletries, cleaning supplies and guest amenities; maintain stock records and minimise waste.
• Implement company policies, communicate management instructions and maintain accurate handover and incident records.
