Job summary

PROPER CUSTOMS PTE. LTD. is seeking a hands-on Operations Supervisor to work closely with the production team and manage daily operations on the shop floor.

You will supervise, prepare materials for production, check orders for quality and accuracy, and ensure timely delivery while maintaining stock and organization. The role requires 2–3 years in operations or related fields, willingness to do hands-on work, and a good eye for detail in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in operations, production, warehouse or manufacturing.
• Experience in uniforms, apparel, textiles, printing or embroidery is an advantage.
• Willing to perform hands-on operational work.
• Able to work in a fast-paced production environment.
• Good attention to detail.
• Able to manage multiple orders and deadlines.
• Basic Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets skills.
• Responsible, dependable and willing to take ownership.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and work alongside the operations and production team.

• Follow up closely on orders to ensure they are completed on time.
• Assist with packing, labelling and preparing orders for delivery.
• Coordinate alterations, rework and replacements when there are quality issues.
• Monitor stock levels and assist with stock counting and organisation.
• Assign daily work and ensure the team knows the priorities for the day.
• Keep the production and storage areas organised.
• Help resolve day-to-day production problems immediately.
• Step in to support the team during busy periods.
• Ensure SOPs and quality standards are followed.

We are looking for a hands-on Operations Supervisor who will work closely with the production team and be directly involved in daily operations. This role is suitable for someone who is willing to be on the ground, solve problems quickly and step in to help the team when needed.

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone who does not only give instructions, but is also willing to work together with the team to get the job done. You should be someone who notices when an order is delayed, an item is incorrect or the team needs help — and takes action immediately.

This is not a desk-based supervisory role. You will spend most of your time on the operations floor, checking orders, organizing work, supporting the team and making sure daily production runs smoothly.
