Job summary

TALENTA CONSULTANTS PTE. LTD. is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support day-to-day operations, drive efficiency, and ensure service delivery standards across the organisation.

The role bridges strategy and execution, overseeing workflows and coordinating with key departments to keep the business running smoothly. You will lead cross-functional teams, monitor performance metrics, manage budgeting inputs with Finance, and act as the escalation point for operational or client issues.

Qualifications

• 8-12 years of experience in operations, recruitment, or business management roles.
• CEI KAH certified or pass KAH prior to joining
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
• Good financial awareness and comfort with reports and budgeting
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple moving parts

Responsibilities

• Support in executing business strategies, operational plans, and performance targets.
• Oversee daily operations across core functions (Recruitment, Client Management, Finance coordination, HR administration).
• Ensure end-to-end service delivery and resolve bottlenecks across teams.
• Monitor performance metrics, prepare updates, and highlight risks.
• Work with Finance on invoicing, collections, budgeting inputs, and compliance.
• Liaise with clients, vendors, partners, auditors to ensure alignment.
• Implement workflow improvements to boost efficiency and controls.
• Provide leadership support to team leads and coordinate cross-functional deliverables.
• Assist in managing company policies, documentation, and regulatory compliance.
• Act as escalation point for operational or client issues.
• Represent the company in internal meetings when delegated.
