Job summary

Good Job Creations (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking a seasoned settlement professional in Singapore to handle trade processing for bonds, repos, CDS, UST, and futures. You will manage net-off settlements, cash movements, and operate custodian portals such as Euroclear EasyWay to monitor settlements.

You will interpret SWIFT messages (ISO 15022/20022) for accurate settlement and reporting, and prepare MIS and MAS trade repository related reports.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years relevant working experience in financial institutions.
• Familiar with custodian bank settlement portal like Euroclear EasyWay, other custodian bank's portal.
• Able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Good communication skills.
• Meticulous, fast learner.
• Positive mindset/attitude.
• Proficiency in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Perform trade processing and settlement for bonds, repo, CDS, UST or Futures products.
• Process net-off settlement and manage related cash movements.
• Operate custodian bank settlement portals, including Euroclear EasyWay and other relevant custodian platforms, to execute and monitor settlements.
• Interpret and process SWIFT messages (ISO 15022 / ISO 20022) accurately to support trade settlement and reporting functions.
• Prepare and review operational reports, eg. Unsettled / Unmatched reporting, OD report, MIS, MAS Trade Repository for CDS, etc. Ensuring reports are accurate, timely and compliant with regulatory requirements.
• Process monthly introducer fees / broker commission rebate in a timely and accurate manner.
• Respond to and resolve queries raised by Front Office in a timely and professional manner.
• Willing to work overtime and during Singapore public holidays on a rotation basis to support business continuity.
