Job summary

RichLand Logistics Services Pte Ltd is seeking a warehouse operative to support daily operations according to established processes. You will report service issues to the supervisor and follow up on expedites across local, outbound and inbound shipments.

You will ensure timely reporting, maintain clear communication with both warehouse and transport teams, clear emails daily, and update shipment status in the system. Other duties may be assigned as needed.

Qualifications

Computer literacy is required.
Attention to detail is essential for accuracy.
Ability to stay organized in daily tasks.
Experience working in a warehouse environment is advantageous.

Responsibilities

To execute daily operations in accordance to the processes & procedures established.
To report any service related issues, escalations or failures to the supervisor.
To perform proper follow up for all Expedite shipments (Local, Outbound & Inbound) and to keep all parties informed once delivery is completed.
To perform all reporting in a timely and appropriate manner.
To work collaboratively with the warehouse and transport Team to ensure seamless information flow.
To ensure all emails are cleared completely on a daily basis.
To update all required shipment status into system.
Any other duties as assigned.
