Job summary

AIR & ODOR MANAGEMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking an Operations Planner to oversee day-to-day servicing and route planning.

You will ensure timely execution, accurate documentation, and effective coordination with clients and internal teams. You will manage PTW processes, plan maintenance and servicing dates, and monitor progress to adapt to changes while maintaining high service quality. Proactive communication with drivers and service crews is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in planning and coordinating operations and logistics.
• Ability to schedule services and maintain documentation.
• Familiarity with maintenance coordination and PTW concepts is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate daily servicing schedules and delivery routes.
• Prepare documents for servicing, delivery, maintenance, and site access.
• Arrange and manage PTW documentation and compliance.
• Monitor site maintenance issues and coordinate with teams or contractors.
• Liaise with clients to confirm servicing dates and site access.
• Communicate daily plans to drivers, technicians, and crews.
• Track progress, update schedules, and respond to urgent changes.
• Maintain records of service plans, updates, and client communications.
