Job summary

KOPI RECRUIT PTE. LTD. seeks an Operations Support Engineer to join our IT product team. You will ensure reliability and efficiency of infrastructure, supporting AI-enabled use cases and coordinating with developers and support teams.

You will monitor production and non-production environments, manage incidents and document processes to meet audit requirements. The role requires strong collaboration and cloud experience in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related field.
Proven experience as Operations Engineer or similar.
Experience with ITSM tools like AWS Quick, Zendesk, ServiceDesk.
Security and access control measures implementation.
Full stack monitoring with APM tools; familiarity with CloudWatch.
Process automation using scripting tools (Terraform, Ansible).
Experience with Agile, DevOps, TDD, info-security practices.
Strong collaboration and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Monitor and analyse system performance and implement data-based improvements.
Set up AWS Quick environment to support AI use cases.
Manage incidents and coordinate resolution to meet SLA; provide reporting.
Create operations/process guides to ensure audit compliance.
Manage day-to-day operations; write status and progress reports.
Oversee operations team including staff and vendors, ensuring 24/7 support.
Coordinate with developers, product managers and support teams for problem resolution.
Maintain documentation related to system configuration, processes and service records.
