Job summary

KOPI RECRUIT PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced OpenStack cloud engineer to design and maintain OpenStack-based infrastructure in a fast-paced environment. The role emphasizes automation, security, and scalable operations.

You will collaborate with multiple teams to integrate with Kubernetes/OpenShift, implement monitoring, and contribute to AI-assisted automation across the platform.

Qualifications

• Requires a university degree and 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Expertise with Red Hat or any OpenStack platform is essential.
• Experience with Kubernetes and Linux administration is required.
• Experience with virtualization (VMware ESX) and monitoring (Prometheus, Elastic Stack) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain OpenStack-based cloud infrastructure.
• Develop and optimize automation scripts for deployment and management of OpenStack environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate OpenStack with Kubernetes/OpenShift.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex OpenStack and infrastructure issues.
• Implement security best practices and ensure policy compliance.
• Contribute to capacity planning, performance optimization, and scalability.
• Mentor junior team members and document playbooks.
