Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in CS/IT or related field.
• Proven experience in IT operations engineering or similar role.
• Experience with ITIL/ITSM workflows is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate cross-team incident resolution and root cause analysis.
