Job summary

RESOURCE HUNT PTE. LTD. seeks an Operations Support Engineer to join the core development team and provide L1–L3 code-level support for an internal product. You will help ensure uptime, reliability, and performance by collaborating with developers, product managers, and user support.

The role covers monitoring, incident management, and process documentation, with emphasis on automating tasks, improving system health, and enabling scalable operations in an agile environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Operations Engineer or similar role in IT.
• Experience with ITSM tools like AWS Quick, Zendesk, ServiceDesk.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze system performance to drive improvements.
• Set up AWS Quick environment to support AI use cases.
• Manage incidents and coordinate with internal teams to meet SLA.
• Create and maintain operations documentation and runbooks.
• Oversee day-to-day operations and provide 24/7 support as needed.
