Job summary

You will engage with stakeholders to define requirements, translate them into effective solutions, and support enterprise system implementations. Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in business analysis or related roles.
- Proven track record delivering enterprise system implementations.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Proficiency in writing business requirements and functional specs.
- Familiarity with SDLC and related workflows.
- Experience supporting SIT, UAT, deployment and production support.
Responsibilities
- Analyze client business processes and operational challenges.
- Organize requirements gathering workshops and stakeholder interviews.
- Perform gap analyses to identify process improvements.
- Document business requirements, functional specs and process flows.
- Translate requirements into actionable system solutions and participate in solution evaluation.
- Support end-to-end system implementation projects and manage risks and issues.
- Collaborate with developers, architects, vendors and business users to drive delivery.
- Identify post-go-live enhancements and assist in change management and user adoption.
