Job summary

WSA in Singapore is seeking a junior Finance Transformation Analyst to support strategic projects across the finance function, including Record-to-Report, Procure-to-Pay, and Order-to-Cash. You will gather requirements, document functional specs for IT and vendors, help run workshops, track progress, and develop KPIs and dashboards while collaborating with global stakeholders.

Qualifications

• University degree in finance, business, accounting or related field.
• Fresh graduates welcome to apply.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience encouraged.
• Internship or work experience in management consulting, business analysis, finance transformation, project management, or process improvement is preferred.
• Exposure to ERP/finance systems, procurement tools or workflow tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Gather, document, and analyze business requirements across global finance functions to support standardization and improvement.
• Facilitate workshops and collaborate with stakeholders across Finance, IT, and business functions to understand needs and support solution design.
• Translate requirements into functional documentation for IT teams, vendors, and implementation partners.
• Support delivery of global strategic projects by coordinating activities and tracking progress.
• Contribute to testing and process improvements to ensure solutions meet requirements and drive efficiency.
• Analyze data, develop reports and dashboards, monitor KPIs for decision making and continuous improvement.
• Assist Global Process Owners with governance, reporting, and change management activities.
