Job summary

Shopee Singapore is seeking an experienced Operations professional to lead warehouse space and capacity planning, strategic projects and process automation initiatives. You will work cross-functionally with Operations, Product and Tech teams to improve space utilization, reduce manual work and optimise efficiency.

The role requires strong analytical and project management skills, plus ability to drive end-to-end initiatives in a fast-paced ecommerce environment.

• Warehouse Space & Capacity Planning: Plan warehouse space, storage and capacity to support business growth. Identify capacity gaps and opportunities to improve space utilisation, layouts and operational efficiency.
• Strategic Projects: Lead operational projects from planning to implementation, including automation, process redesign and productivity initiatives. Manage timelines, stakeholders, risks and measure project impact.
• Process Improvement & Automation: Identify and improve high-volume Seller Management processes. Work with Operations, Product and Tech teams to implement automation and system improvements that reduce manual work, errors and costs.
• Business & Performance Management: Build business cases, quantify ROI and track improvements in productivity, cost savings, SLAs and operational performance.
