Job summary

AIA Financial Advisers is seeking an Operations Officer for our Singapore office to support day-to-day operations, coordinate processes, monitor workflow efficiency, and ensure regulatory compliance. You will handle documentation, data checks, and collaborate with advisers and internal teams to resolve issues quickly.

The role also involves preparing operational reports, supporting system enhancements, and driving continuous process improvements to elevate service quality and customer experience.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills and communication abilities to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and financial advisers.
• Demonstrated analytical skills and attention to detail for reviewing data, processes, and operational reports.
• Knowledge of operations management principles and experience in coordinating day-to-day business or administrative processes.
• Basic understanding of finance or financial services, preferably within insurance, wealth management, or advisory environments.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and comfort working with operational systems and databases.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Business, Finance, Operations, or a related field; prior experience in financial services operations is an advantage.
• Commitment to high standards of professionalism, customer-centricity, and continuous process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operational activities within AIA Financial Advisers, coordinating internal processes.
• Monitor workflow efficiency and ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
• Handle documentation, perform data and transaction checks, and resolve operational issues with advisers and internal teams.
