The Operations team handles chargeback analysis, dispute follow-ups, fulfilment tasks, and process improvement

Qualifications

• Must have a recognised Bachelor's Degree or Diploma.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Meticulous with eye for detail and quality.
• Analytical with good verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Complete all requests with accuracy and within the agreed Service Level Agreement.
• Analyse various chargeback scenarios and process chargeback requests.
• Handle inquiries and follow up with relevant parties regarding dispute matters.
• Perform fulfilment and processing tasks as part of BAU.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and reduce the risk of errors.
• Support other products and ad-hoc tasks within Operations where required.
