Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of staff, including hiring, training, and performance management
- Oversee the procurement and delivery of products and services to our clients, ensuring timely and efficient operations
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and suppliers, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Monitor and analyze operational processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to increase efficiency and reduce costs
- Develop and implement operational strategies and policies to support the growth of the business
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure adequate stock levels are maintained
- Prepare and present reports on operational performance to senior management

Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field
