Qualifications

• Experience in operations management and seafood supply chain.
• Knowledge of food safety and warehouse handling.
• Proven ability to coordinate procurement, inventory and distribution processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily seafood receiving, storage, processing, packing and distribution.
• Ensure operations follow company procedures and quality standards.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment.
• Manage live, fresh and frozen seafood handling, storage and transport.
• Ensure accurate fulfillment of customer orders.
• Coordinate with suppliers on purchasing, delivery schedules and pricing.
• Evaluate supplier performance and negotiate for cost efficiency.
• Ensure sufficient stock to meet customer needs.
• Comply with food safety, hygiene and workplace safety requirements.
