Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in seafood/food trading or operations management.
• Good knowledge of food safety, cold-chain storage and seafood handling.
• Strong team management, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work rotating shifts including weekends and public holidays.
• Proficient in spoken and written English; basic computer skills.
• Customer-oriented, responsible and able to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily seafood operations including inventory management and order fulfilment.
• Manage and supervise team members; provide on‑the‑job training and monitor performance.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, cold‑chain storage and hygiene regulations.
• Liaise with suppliers; handle purchase orders and monitor stock levels.
• Communicate with customers; process inquiries and maintain relationships.
