Job summary

You will work closely with the CEO and executive team to implement strategic initiatives, optimize workflows, and maintain a high standard of health and safety compliance throughout the organisation.

Responsibilities

• Manage stock control and conduct regular inventory checks to maintain accurate supply levels
• Monitor budgets and track budgetary changes to ensure financial targets are met
• Communicate updates and changes in order processes clearly to relevant stakeholders
• Enforce compliance with health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment
• Document operational procedures for third-party monitoring and audit purposes
• Create and oversee projects and teams to deliver objectives effectively
• Review workloads and manpower allocation to meet performance targets
• Support the CEO and executive team by aligning operations with their vision and process goals
